Re-list win if I get the game later?

Say I enter a contest that ends in 4 hours. Then I notice steam just put the game on sale and I buy it.... would it cancel my submission cause it is now part of my account? What if the contest ended but I didn't know, bought the game and now I have one in my account I can't gift and the one I won. I can just decline the win or could i re-submit it for a giveaway?

You probably won't receive it and it will be re-gifted. If you do receive it, please refuse it or inform the mods.

Yes tell him that you buyed the game when you entry in the giveaway. is in the rules not have the same game or gift if you have like an extra copy

I mean it probably won't happen but with the holiday sales it might.
