Amazon - what games are region restricted?

That, plus (as far as i know) Civ V or Civ V GOTY. Don't know which is, but it should be one of them.

Can one game region restricted to US if it's activated on steam? I mean i've bought and activated some games but didnt play yet. Is there a chance that they can be region locked?

Pretty sure all digital downloads are.

What about Rockstar games? L.A. Noire? Max Payne 3?

Amazon doesn't sell any digital download out of us as fsr as i know. But if you are able to lay your hands on steam keys they sell, you can activate via steam. No steam achievements available thoug.

I managed to get Batman AA, Viking, DNF+all DLC, Borderlands+all dlc, bioshock1-2. All activated via steam.

(PS: I also bought Batman AC from GMG, which is region restricted for my country. Activated with no probs. Downloading)
