I buy the bundle but forgot to tick the Gift box (i'm eligible to get HH btw). As the result i didn't get anything, no new keys and gift ! Does anyone know how to redeem this fault ? Already sent the email to support team but they still not reply back.

if you emailed support, wait a little bit ! They don't always respond right away, especially because it is now the weekend. If they are reasonable, they will give you extra keys for purchasing the HH. I have made the same mistake before of forgetting to mark off the gift option, and after some waiting and an email to the customer support, they were able to add keys to my account.
