Question: Reduced value towards your contributor level.

Does this mean ill get no value (it's a game over 2$)

If it has 2 stars = 0 value even if it's 500$ game
if its 1 star = you get 15% value (example 10$ = 10*0.15= your cv gain)

If the game you've selected has two stars, you'll get no value.

It would have been better if you had gone through Help>FAQs and Guidelines before posting the question.
After that you could have searched your query in discussion forums... in the search thingy. You could actually find all the questions that new member ask. And then after create a discussion thread like you did.
