I probably wouldn't be able to fast. I get hungry easily and actually get dizzy when I'm not properly fed... 😅 But I admire people who can since it must really take a lot of willpower to do so. Happy Ramadan and happy cake day as well! :)

As a suggestion for next year, try a ketogenic diet (very low carb) for about a month prior to and then during Ramadan. I've been on one since year start and let me tell you, it makes intermittent fasting easy. No insulin crashes -> no cravings. Unless it's not supposed to be easy?

We fast to appreciate food and water and to feel more empathy towards the less fortunate people who starve and don't have enough. Thats why it is important to feel it. But thanks for showing that you care! :D

It was a long and difficult month for me, mostly because I was doing hard manual labor throughout. Alhamdulillah, I was able to fast the entire month without getting sick. Now, I just need to recover from the ordeal. P

Apparently it is my Cakeday! I wanted to make a little giveaway for Ramadan and Eid. Good timing. Now i can make a thread for all three of them.
Here are only 2 games because i lack the enthusiasm i had from last year to create a big train and the budget. Feeling dizzy and hungry. Today was hot. But at least it is a Sunday.
