[Suggestion] Syncing should remove the entries for the giveaways of newly owned games

When I own a new game I have been used to sync my account but also to manually check whether I entered any giveaways for it and remove them.
It would be really convenient that such a checking could be include in the syncing process and to automatically remove the giveaway entries of the newly owned games.

I like to have some control over my points. If I am already at 300 I don't really want points automatically put back in my pool where they will be lost since it cannot go above 300. Although I have done so in the past and not worried about lost points it was my own choice to do so not some automated process.

Pro tip : You should spend all your points before you are at 300 as you can have them back when you remove an entry.

Thanks for the tip! Nevertheless, I feel your idea lacks merit. I am sure there are many who don't feel they need the majority of their SG experience to be automated for them. Clicking remove for each entered GA is not such a large imposition. Although I would not want to stifle your creative "out of the box" suggestions in the future, this idea was already suggested in another thread less than a week ago. Admittedly, that suggestion was more thought out. Check out Suggestion: Upon clicking "Received", sign off all other giveaways of that game and Sync.

Pro tip: Seach discussions for suggestions similar to your own and add to that thread instead of creating an entire new thread related to a recently discussed topic. It cuts down on the clutter.

I agree that a total automation is not needed nor wanted and it would totally spoil the community and friendly aspect of the site.

not all games can be detected by sg, for example, dlc. it would be a waste of time coding it and then resources.
also, free weekends. can't sync during them?

Free weekends would remove all entries for games some people might have entered to win every time they sync.
