So I was looking in my steam library when...

I saw all of this...

I've seen one or two appid games show up and get corrected eventually, but never this many all around the same id#
anyone else seen these show up in their library? or have any idea what they are from?

they all have no space requirement when trying to install them, pretty weird.

Just a bug from steamcommunity.com . Wait for a day or two and everything will go back to normal.
