Best Headset or Microphone for recording?

As the title says, what would you say is the best headset or microphone (sound quality) for recording?

Just and FYI, I'd like to keep the price under £80/$129 and if you could please give a link to (if you are) the headset/microphone you are speaking about in your response.

I recently had the same question too and after much searching around a couple of weeks ago I settled on the Plantronics GameCom 780's from Amazon that cost me ~£40 and couldn't be happier with my choice.

For examples of the sound quality check out my Youtube Channel all have been made in past week or so with the new headset.

Yeah I have heard they are pretty good too, i'm just no good with separate mics. I usually forget where they are and sound 10 miles away lol
