The game is off-sale and the devs aren’t earning any money from it. It’s better to pirate it than give money to some guy that has the key for a ridiculous price.

probably, Well, then it's worth pirating everything? the point then is to buy anything at all on steam? it is clear that their income does not go, they went bankrupt... but I still want to buy this latest game.

I wouldn’t go that far, the games that are still up are much better purchased on Steam since the money is going to the studio, but as for the unavailable games, yeah it’s better to pirate them.

you pay the makers for their product, now the maker lost ownership of his product i dont see why someone else should buy it
also "Legally" you cant buy the game now, you are looking for a gray market deal. maybe go buy a 1500$ RTX3070 ?
