I'm sorry. :( I've never lived with a duck, but my family and I went camping for a week and there was this duck couple, who waited outside our tent every morning. They'd quack a little and we offered them food, but they didn't seem interested in it. The whole campground knew about them. They just went around checking in on everyone. Ducks are pretty cool.

Ducky was a good duckling, and will be missed by family and friends. Although Ducky's life was short, the memories will linger on in our hearts.

I'm really sorry your duckling died. I used to raise ducks, geese & chickens. Used the eggs too, but just raised them for the enjoyment. We had several varieties of ducks: Silver Appleyard, Rouen, Pekin, a male Crested Campbell Khaki, 2 Mallards and Runner ducks. It's been 10 yrs. since I lived on that farm, but I sure did enjoy raising all the animals. I hope that you will be recovering soon from the loss.
