Actually they do care, which is why when games are given away free like this, they are removed and people who try to get their giveaways up usually have them deleted.
TopBanter can drop the serial number in the forums, but as for making a giveaway for it, well thats just asking for trouble.
Besides it a free key, just add it to your account, who knows you might actually like the game. If you already have it, give it to a friend so they can experience the game.
