RDR2 is -67% at Steam

shout-out to @Sickfarts Voidu has FLASHSALE30 code which brings down to -77% NB! for Rockstar Launcher

Fun fact I noticed looking at SteamDB
Game released: Dec 4, 2019
Occasionally discounted -20% throughout first year
First -33%: Sep 23, 2020
First -50%: Nov 24, 2021
First -67%: Nov 22, 2022
...

Will we see
-75% at Autumn 2023
-80% at Autumn 2024
-85% at Autumn 2025
-90% at Autumn 2026
??? XD

well, 3 years is getting to point it should go down, but best example Black Ops II still has base price from 10, FREAKING TEN, years ago

Atleast GTAV has got -75% from original base price, but yeah already 7.5 years and most money coming from Online, would be nice to see lower price

I originally had the stadia version, but since stadia is shutting down I'll probably get it on steam

Didn't Stadia say you contact them and they would give PC keys for the games bought on Stadia?

No they didn't say that. I think there's a way to transfer your RDR2 data but no free keys or anything. I think that entirely depends on the dev or publisher, but most probably won't do anything cuz we got refunded

I also have RDR2 on stadia and I've been playing it for the last few weeks, already 100% the story and 90% overall. I want to wrap it up and not buy it on steam since it's a huge game (150GB) and I don't know how well it will play on SteamDeck, and I'm not interested in online. So it was a good deal overall. ;-)

I personally didn't buy that many games on stadia. Didn't invest that much in the service

I bought Hitman 3, RDR2, Cyberpunk and a few lesser titles. Finished the first two and played a couple dozen hours of Cyberpunk. I will probably re-buy H3 on Steam if/when they implement full progress transfer, not sure about the others. Cyberpunk was a bit underwhelming to me, maybe I'll buy some kind of Complete Edition in a few years.

Ah yes, bought Fifa 21 and Madden 21 - I'm very glad to have them refunded as I didn't even play that much, lost interest after a couple of matches. Also bought Judgment when it was a stadia exclusive, now it's on Steam so maybe I'll buy it again some day.

well it surely cant compete with Uplay or Steam with functionality indeed, but I think Myklex referred to Epic coupon which cuts 10$ off the price yet you get game for Rockstar Games and dont have to deal with Epic anymore

Still no. Call me when its 3€
i bought RDR Online for 1.24€ at HB "promo" or what. But sadly for silly Epic. We played with friends literally few hours and never started it agin. Grinding, Grinding, Grinding, Grinding, Grinding, Grinding only. Ultra annoying.
