No obligation, but it could maybe be a thought that could come up in your head on your own, like hmm i gotten so much from here, maybe it be nice to give something back, and no money is no excuse either, you can get whole bundles for a buck.
And i really don't look at all black or white towards it, i also look at how many games a person already has, if you had only like 200 i can think well that person might not have much, but you got over 1000 then you got over 800 yourself just fine.
And yes there are people with 400 wins and barely and sends, there are worse, i know.
To each their own, you play your part here, i play mine and we all blacklist for different reasons (and as i said might not even have been a reason, it could have been for something else, but i don't keep tags), but you will just come across people finding it not so nice.

So you use that "logic" in your gifting, yet not seem to apply it when you enter for them? Because most you won from weren't friends and thus "honoring" the gift.
You don't have any problem with gifting something to a friend, if he/she plays it or not, and sure some people just win for cards or whatever but there are just as many that will also play your gifted game, you can even set up some rules enforcing people to do so, so excuse me if i see that "logic" is a bit warped as a reason not to gift here..
And it's easy to say oh well i gifted 1000 games, but on the side.
