I don't think he finds many bot for that, it took almost 2 and a half hours and there were only almost 2500 keys for each game, it was a long time considering they were for tier 4+

AWA has about 1.5M views each month with avg. 10 mins visit duration, there is no bot, bro!

dragon is dead was a small 200 key giveaway to test authentication app, it lasted for 30 minutes
these had 2500 each, no app requiered and it took about 3 hours for keys to be depleted

if they were just separate giveaways, then yea, fair critisism, but they seem to be part of a bigger sweepstake / crosspromotion with alienware pc and marver rivals rewards, which is available only in select regions
also there's a grabfreegames discord server where megumin usually pings when awa giveaway starts, that may help

AWA has too many users, not so many bots. they blocked a lot of multi account people, blacklisted a lot of IP ranges including some countries, lunched new VPN detecting system and also they limited each IP can only get 1 or 2 keys at most. they lunched their Android/iOS app for some specific giveaways! They already did what they could. Furthermore Google Recaptcha is more aggressive than before.

They should do it on different time so that other region people also can get it. Then these 3 games should only able to get 1 per account. Almost 2500 keys per game all gone in 3 hours so for game vault I think most of the time only less than 50 keys for AAA games that why gone in 3 seconds.
