Well...there are about thousands of war television series and movies like that, especially about the Sino-Japanese War and the campaigns of the Red Army and the Eighth Route Army. It would be difficult to name the exact work even if you describe the plot because there are so many different works about almost every little event regarding that era. If you can provide more details, I can give it a shot and look into it for you.

Long story short I went to get some Chinese food for dinner t work today . And at the restaurant they ware playing some show that seemed interesting so I tough I will check it out.
Sadly my attempt to Google it failed miserably and the only thing I know for sure is that it was on CCTV 4 at ~18.00 gmt+2 .
Tried to Google their program schedule but I kinda failed at it ...
The show is a war drama? I think ... Or it may not even be entirely war. But it had bunch of guys in uniform in a swamp .
And the ending credits pretty much gave that kinda vibe.
It's most likely focused on a single platoon of soldiers since they kept showing the same bunch of dudes .
Anyway so basically during the 5m I spent there that's all I remember about it.
If anyone has any suggestions what the show may have been in more then welcome them
