Wait for your ticket to be resolved, 2 days are nothing. Some tickets will never be resolved, especially the user reports, but add game to list should be faster.

yeah experience from two days ago. ill try again. but i do think its limited to 3 copies but i want to do more than that.

Don't think you need a higher level, since you get to level up by doing giveaways.

If I try to create a Giveaway with Voice Quest it appears on the list.
You don't need to be a higher level to create a Giveaway.
It may take a few seconds since you type the Game until the game appears on the list, other than that, I don't know what's the problem.

I created a GA with the game, restricted to Afghanistan and Level 10, and my whislist, so probably nobody would enter (and i will cancel it right now). But it was created.

No but for the start you can do 3 giveaways or 3 copies and then if they are ticked off - then you get 1 more hour then for ever three giveaways made which is successful

Open a ticket in "other" category where you ask for additional GA slots, and prove you're the developer of the game. Then you'll get a game developer name tag, and the additional slots too.

That's more or less correct. You can do a 3 copy GA while you wait for the ticket to be resolved. Worst case, if the mods take too long to answer your ticket, once the 3 copy giveaway ends, you get new slots, and you can do another multiple copy GA (with more than 3 copies, they increase after successfull GAs).

My game is doing very well on steam and i want to celebrate with a giveaway but one - its not in the steam gifts database, and two you need to have a higher level to do a giveaway?
I'm the verified developer of Voice Quest, i am logged in via steam so thats confirmed. I did a support ticket but its been just pending with no reply for two straight days. does anyone know what I can do?
