Just keep hitting F5. works for me.

Maybe the servers are stressed?

If the new server config still has the same max connection limit as the old config, hitting f5 repeatedly is just going to keep overloading it.
If we just wait a few mins before f5ing, it gives other people a chance to get a connection.

With a minimum open time of 1 hour, it's unlikely you'll miss a giveaway.
