Question about Contributor Value

Hello, I'd like to know,If i made a private giveaway and gave it to one person so there would be only 1 entry, would i get Contributor Value?

"If a giveaway is invite only, or for a whitelist or Steam group, it will only add value towards your level if it receives 5 or more entries. We made this change to combat small groups of friends from attempting to cheat the contributor system, and to encourage users to expand the reach of their giveaways. this means that my whitelist giveaway will give me cv YAY
i actually was thinking that at least 15 entries was needed (it was mentioned on the beta stage of SG i guess, not sure)

If it was 15 I would not get any CV for Giftception. More than a week in and out of an eligible group of around 150 people only 15 seemed able to get to the first stage. Less than half of that got to the halfway point. Such poor detective skills.....
