Games not available when creating giveaway

Hi there guys.. I'm still new to SteamGift: didn't win/didn't gift anothyng..
I tried to create a giveaway just to check how it works, but when I had to pick the title of the games I couldn't find them.. does it mean I could not create giveaway for those titles? So if it's not available in the Select a game field we're not allowed to giveaway that title?

If a game was given for free from a site, it is generally not on the list of games available for giveaway to stop CV farming.

Edited to add: And do not try to make a giveaway of the game using a different version of the game (i.e. GOTY edition versus vanilla version). You will to required to deliver the listed game and probably still face a ban? You'd have to read the TOS.

Yeah, usually if you can't find the game title then it means you can't gift them. They are most likely games that was free before.
