Look up command line boot up settings for width and height.

No idea what a TFC is, but this is where you will find the config files of Half-Life. Delete it or edit it so it resets:

This is making all of my Half-Life 1 games way too far zoomed in and unplayable.
I can't revert it in-game either, because the only options part I can see is some movement keys.
