My graphics card died last night, I just ordered one, but delivery can take up to 15 days. I don't know if I'll have time to finish Republique before the end of the month. And I go back to work in a week. In any case I intend to finish this game because it's cool.

Hi, I have a question.
I've won a Star Wars game and intend to play it with this event in mind, but it doesn't have any achievements on Steam.
Will I need to do something to prove I've completed the game?

Yes you have to make a in-game screenshot of the end credits and publish it in Steam. Then you can link it on the page as a comment to your entry.

One question regarding the new rule to keep the playtime accurate. I've beaten the game I've chosen but I think I know what I could have missed for one of the achievements. I'm considering replaying it. Should I mark the time of the second playthrough as played before the event, or making multiple attempts to get the missing achievements is fine and doesn't require any adjustments?
Edit: I believe that this is valid for all games where there's no chapter select or there are achievements requiring you to do perform some specific actions across a single playthrough

If you are replaying the game for missing achievements, just make a note next to the entry on the event page so we know that you are going for a second playthrough. This new rule is more about people ideling the game for hours to boost their playtime to get to the top of the leaderboard or why ever they do it otherwise.
And I feel you on the games you have to replay for that single missin collectible/achievement. Had to do that far too often myself for my likeing.

It's not a single one, but depending on the results, I might get just the one I have an idea how to get, all, or maybe none. There's no guide, so it's just a wild guess, but I think I skipped one of the routes.
As for the leaderboard I'm not interested at all, I'm here just for the extra motivation to get back to my backlog. As for the achievements, let's say that I'm a collector, but not because I want to see that 100%, but because I want to see what the achievement was about, especially that they often include some easter eggs, funny dialog lines etc. When I see there's an achievement for grinding few million gold while to beat the game you just new a few items costing maybe 100k that's an easy skip for me.
Ps I also don't like replaying a long game just to check that one option, but as the title I'm thinking of is very short, I might as well give it a try. A pity so few games have chapter select or give the player the possibility to backtrack all the way to the starting location if you missed something at the beginning.

I am in no way a completionist myself. I will try to get as many of them as possible since I like to see as much of a game as possible, but in my opinion there is a special place in hell for devs that either put endless hidden collectibles in a game or force you to replay their game on 3-5 different difficulty settings to complete it.

I finished Republique a few hours ago, it was a little marvel despite some translation errors in my native language, especially in the acheivement.
The story is quite gripping, the gameplay is simple, but effective.
The collectible hunt is useful to better understand the scenario and its universe, too bad I missed some of them.
Only 1 bug throughout the game and I just had to reload the game.
The game is unfortunately a bit dark, I sometimes had trouble seeing what I was doing and the camera is a bit capricious at times.
I like the concept of this topic, I'm thinking of signing up for June.

Both mouse and me are located in CEST, so this is what is being used for closing time for the event. Though since not everyone is located in Europe we usually accept edits for the event for the next day here in thread and will edit the event page manually.

But what you could do is play your submissions for the new months event, since one of the subthemes is Games added to old PAGYWOSG events which are not beaten yet
