Solved the HARD part of the 1st ITH and i'm pretty new to the puzzle thing so not sure what to do with 8 digits now, so any type of HINT to what to do next or point me to some guide or something would be more then preciate, if not still amazing puzzle (can't say about the train YET hopefuly :P)

I thought I made it easy, but so mamy people says they have trouble with it....
Hints all you need to solve it is (in alphabetical order): itstoohard.com, jigidi.com, MS Paint or other image editing software, although some people say they solved the puzzle without any, youtube.com
I was going to do that for Christmas, but Christmas is already gone. So it's gonna be for cakeday now... cakeday is also gone :(
