lol yeah I don't really see the point in obliterating taste receptors unless the food you are eating is terrible and that's the whole point.
For some reason, spicy anything is a trend in France these days (mostly in fast food/crap food) but then 80% of French people are smokers so they can only taste about 10% of what they eat. I guess the intolerable level of spice probably just tingles and makes them remember what tasting felt like.
Like a phantom limb lol

I hate spicy food and my spice tolerance is basically none existent. Last spicy food I ate was some chips, because there weren't any flavors that I liked on the shelfs of the store I was at. What could've went wrong? Well enough stuff did for me to never buy them again. Never drank water so fast before in my life.

None, I hate (and notice) any and all spiciness.
Some months ago the KFC I go to from time to time added spicy fries to its menu. Except they made them in the same oil as the non-spicy fries so even when I made it absolutely clear that I wanted regular fries, they were still contaminated and tasted awful. Luckily they seem to have fixed the problem now (I guess enough people complained).

Basically, I live in a country that uses spicy food, so I can't answer exactly which spicy food I like. Even if I go out right now and order food, more than half of the restaurants serve spicy food as a side dish.
Lately, When I want a special spicy taste, I tend to order mara.

It's actually more commonly known as "Mala", "Ma" meaning "numb" and "la" meaning spicy. As you might expect, the whole point of Mala is to be so spicy that it'll numb your taste buds.
Mala tends to be oily too so I typically avoid eating anything Mala, despite loving some chili oil or sambal on my food :)

Oops, there was a mistake cuz I just wrote it down in Eng as it was pronounced. I don't use Eng in my daily life.
Obviously, I usually eat fresh spicy taste local foods. On the other hand, Mala is oily and has uniquely scent food. :D
Some people around me really hate scent of Mala.
+It mainly uses fried peppers as a recipe.

Sounds good. Might have to try it some time.
I used to drink hot sauce from the bottle. Once was in an adult job school, sitting in the cafeteria at lunch. One table of people were whining on how hot the sauce was. It was an industrial size bottle of Franks. Walked over and said it wasn't that hot. They ALL looked at me like I was crazy and told me to try it. Went and got a 7 ounce plastic cup, filled it to the top and drank it all in front of them without flinching.
Next day I brought in my old bottle of Jamaica Hellfire and scared the crap out of them.

I knew a family friend who carried tabasco with him in his pocket.
Basically he had an addiction to spicy and it got so bad that to taste anything hot needed his own sauce to throw on top.
He fried his taste buds over time and can't taste anything bland anymore. Everything needs to have a kick...
from that day i swore off anything that numbed the tongue or dulled the senses to no longer enjoy the meal

I am a big chili pepper enthusiast, I even started hobby gardening to grow some chili at home, tried a few variants throughout the years. Consequently I love moderately spicy food. As long as it does not come to the detriment of enjoying the meal, I even prefer it to non-spicy food.
Also, chili works surprisingly well with ice cream.
I am cautious with the spicyness though. Up until habanero levels I can manage small snipets (I love eating fresh, ripe chili, especially jalapenos) but I rarely ever exceed that level. I am most comfortable until around 10.000-20.000 scoville.
My hottest snack so far was a full, dried carolina reaper pepper dipped into chocolate (aptly named "chokiller"). It was tasty, but so hot, we were not able to eat all of it until it spoiled. It was more than a year long in the fridge. xD

2 things come to mind, both on the rather lower end of spicy these days it seems.. for one mexican chipotle chillis, which are dried & smoked jalapenos. Whenever I can get them I tend to put them into almost everything I cook until I run out again.. not a very common spice to get in the middle of Europe
The other being Green Thai Curry in different variations. I don´t care too much whether its veggie or not, just love the taste of the base mixture and prefer it alot to the Red variety, which funnily enough feels hotter to me though it´s supposedly the other way round afaik.

I love my ramen with Sriracha sauce. Also, there is a mango candy I'm fond of that has chili powder on it, though that is quite mild compared to your chips. It's just a little spicy.
