Both of his giveaways (the Valve Complete Pack and Brink) should be taking down before it gets people's hopes up just to have them crushed (and lose their 100/50points in the process). And I don't see how the games can be taken back as there are no physical copies of the Valve Complete Pack that you can buy from a retail store [how is it that he could say he was going to offer keys to the winners of that giveaway]. I know I will never be able to trust this user again. It seemed iffy before, but now I know it was iffy. Thinking about it, he might be a scammer, somebody which we don't want in the community.
EDIT: Never mind, the giveaways were just removed.

I use a different email and username for my Steam account than I do here, so I think I'm pretty secure in that regard. I'll forward this and the original thread to Valve, hopefully we can get some official wording and advice in regards to this.
