I didn't receive this email but I just received one with a single Laser Disco Defenders key. It does still mention the Shoppe Keep 2 discount though.

Well the information afaik is "thank you for waiting in the meantime have a key." Rather then sign up now and get a free key, keys have been mailed so even more likely it was a one time thing.
