Oof. GOG servers are slow and not letting me claim, not always loading the page. Might be good to wait until they're a little less bogged down.

Yep, it's currently bugged, only showing as Install but you can't claim it, it won't stay on your purchase transactions neither your library if uninstalled.

I read someone saying they claimed it through the console, but I have no idea. There are people saying it's glitched there too anyway. I've even looked through both the Windows store and XBox app anyway for the PC version and there's no freebie there for sure.

Well not sure if they're going to make Microsoft PC free or not, since in their original post is only for Xbox X|S.
The button showing on console is in fact Free Weekend Play button (Not Claiming or Free to Keep one), so you can download the game, but once uninstalled you can't keep it.
They had been notified and investigating/fixing the issues hours ago, just wonder if they could fix it before tmr since I don't think they'll extend the 2 days limited time free period just for Xbox issue.
