In the morning, if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.

My plan isn't really fixed. Tuesday and Thursday I go the school gym to train my lower or upper body, the gym is pretty small but the equipment is good. Wednesday and Friday I play basketball in club. Saturday or Sunday I work my cardio and twice to three times a week I work my abs.
But right now I have a patellar tendinitis so I can't train my legs. :(

Yeah, you can work your entire body with only barbells :D
The only problem is that finding an empty bench is really hard in small school gyms
But the price is low, so it's fine :D

If dancing counts as a workout, then that. I do it every day. And I also walk about 15 minutes every day from the bus stop to university.

May I please ask what style of dance you do? I can't dance myself but I seriously love watching those who can. Especially classically trained ones like ballet or tap dancers.

Oh it's nothing fancy, I just put on music and dance around, sometimes trying to do the choreography of the song. I'm not a professional dancer.

Haven't worked out in 3 months :( Im back to it again since last week

I convinced some friends to come with me too, they all (except for my gym buddy since day 1) went to gym for 1-3 month and then never again :D

I'm just getting back into it and keeping it simple... 1 or 2 minute planks plus push-ups then walk everywhere and jog occasionally with the dog. Leave the car in the driveway whenever I can!

I dont do work out plans or gym stuff. I hike a lot and go canoeing/rafting once a week or so. More than enough exercise for my tastes xD

Bump, I don't work out because I'm already very skinny and I'm trying to gain weight (and failing :/). Working out will cause me to lose weight, and also my laziness knows no bounds so I guess I'm just going to be unfit until the day I finally get my shit together, which will probably be never

I used to have something similar, but I'd alternate the legs and arms, and legs would be focused on different muscles. Sadly, I stopped that a long time ago.
