Question about winning a game multiple times

If a game I won twice is now free to play, does it still count as an infraction?

Because, if that's the case and I want to redeem myself, how can i solve it?

You try to get ahold of one of the giveaway creators for both games and try to somehow convince them to delete the giveaway. They send the support ticket for it, it gets approved sometimes, and you are good.
If you cannot find those people or they don't care, then you are permanently fucked in this regard.
