[Feature Request] Auto-Removal of Entries on Games You Own When Syncing

Something that may (in remote circumstances) help stop people winning games they now own.

Basically the request is that when you sync your Steam account on Steam Gifts, the system should then automatically remove you from any giveaways for games that you now already own.

Example situation:

You enter a giveaway for Skyrim on Monday morning and purchase the game yourself Monday evening. Now if you sync your account, Steam Gifts knows you own this game but, as far as I know, leaves you in the giveaway for that game so there's a chance you may win it, despite now already owning it.

Should be pretty easy to do. Not sure if it's already incorporated into SG2.0 already.

Could be a chance that your account autosyncs during a free weekend for a game.
