You were right, I was way too much overthinking it :D But I can't decode the last symbol =) I guess I'm either supposed to guess it, or there shouldn't be one =) But why is that last part even there, if it's irrelevant? :D I guess it's time for good old BruteForce (tm) ;)

I would never require something like that in one of my puzzles...come on xD
The truth is, you CAN'T decode that without that last symbol, as it is a part of the code.
And remember. When stuck, seek for a little help. :)

nice puzzle. Got 1,3,7,10 without the hints. And 2 after the hints. Stuck on the rest.I could swear I know 6, but it won't accept my answer. Any more hints?

At 4, let's say he's some kind of law enforcer.
6...it also involves his boot i guess xD

Still, I haven't solved your other drawing puzzle. The one with that little sign in the end (winkwink). I realized I was a fool for not seeing what it was, even though I solved such strings in the past =) Buuut there's one problem, I seem to be misreading your writing. All the characters seem to be recognizable, except for two small letters that you write in almost exact manner. I tried and tried to shake around them, and the code doesn't seem to crack- I still get an "ê" (i think) inside the answer. So I guess I might have misinterpreted your writing on this one =)

Well...other users have complained that the "N" looks like an "H", so yeah...the 3rd character is an "N".
Oh, and in case you didn't notice, the 5th and 7th characters are also written in CAPS.
