thanks for pointing that issue.
i haven't found any explicit terms neither on website nor in files themselves, so i asked him, what they were. Well, he answered... he was too lazy to write official terms... so unofficially...
everything else is allowed but not distributing or reselling the product itself. Including the geometry nodes setups. Meaning if you want for example to sell some of the trees you make with tree generator you should apply the modifier so the setup is not distributed
Credits is always nice but not mandatory
So:
- you can use what you produce/create commercially and without attribution, but cannot redistribute the tools by themselves
While in current state: - you have no real legal binding

I am not sure since when, but it seems that Packt non-subscriber library is now limited to only 24 newest free claimed titles.
If you're like me and add them on a daily basis, Gamemaker essentials is still accessible, but will soon get pushed out, so I advise watching out for that.
Edit: Or apparently not. I now have way more than 24 books available once more...
It seems that owned products shown from subscription side (https://subscription.packtpub.com/owned) are limited to 24, but if you enter through https://account.packtpub.com/account/products then it's business as usual.
