Auto sync when receiving a game

Well i don't have a problem with this(i wish had ) but thought this could be useful for others
This will solve the situation of gaining 2 game in a very short time or before sync
There's thousands of people's I'm sure some of them had problems about this

Edit:Well according to mod this creates some problems so this drop to(my all suggestions are not useful or already exist on xxx script etc. ;( )

It says you won it, so you cant enter, and with mandatory weekly? sync, you get it eventually anyway.

What if you gain the same game before sync this there's thousands of people's I'm sure some had problems about it

SteamGifts doesn't give you the same game because you already won it. There is absolutely no problem unless the first giveaway doesn't give you a key after a long wait, then you have lost your chances to enter other giveaways for the same game.

You cannot win same game twice. System block you from enter same game again, or win it before syncing. Realize if games which had almost 1000 copies, roll you several Times.

At first that could happen but it got changed so now you can't enter a giveaway for a game you already won no matter if you activate it yet or not.

It isn't such hard remember fresh wins, even for week till you get resynched. Or taping synch manually, all we need is click one button.

  1. When you win giveaway your entries are removed from all other GAs for the same game - this prevents multiple wins
  2. After you win giveaway you see "Already won" text over the entry button. So you can't enter for the same game after your entries are removed
  3. Site automatically sync games every 24h, unless your profile is private.

I don't think any further changes are needed. Automatic sync with Steam each time someone wins the game could lead to SG being blocked due to "DDoS attack". I don't know what are Steam limits, but some users already have problem to sync accounts. As Steam just returns their profile as being empty, and they can't use the SG because of it.
