Great Android Games (NO Pay To Win please)

Check humblebundle once in a while. They have great games at cheap prices. Unless you are looking for free games, in which case you are screwed.

Doctor Who: Legacy is pretty fantastic.

I would also love to find such a kind of game (mix of economic and strategy). I love K&M, Settlers, Anno. There is Townsman... but that's just not it.

Besides - completely different game types but only games I really liked on Android were Rayman: Jungle (also there is Fiesta) Run, Super Hexxagon (both because of it's reasponsivenes - very important imho) and maybe something closer - Carcassonne.

Condado. Brilliant strategy game, and it's free.

Five Nights at Freddy's(its in some kind survival) and Goat Simulator(this is everything rpg, racing, survival, strategy, AAA, Goat, more Goat etc), they're available in Android.

Card dungeon is very good paid app,no ads or iap's

Those are my favorite Android games and the only P2W is Clash of Clans (well, not exactly P2W but it has a lot of micro transaction stuff)
