Nedd help it wont let me sign onto the trading network forum so I cant post anything

I have tons of things to trade. and i posted ont hat forum once before, now when I hit sign into it, it brings me to a different language site and wont let me sign on. whats going on

I have to use a VPN to sign in to steamtrades.com After it has my login token / cookie or whatever it works normally after that.
