Is there a problem with the steam client?

Hello there - no giveaways in this topic; I have a real problem now.

I was playing RTW when suddenly my steam went offline. Anyway, I restarted it and now it takes forever to connect click. I tried some fixes (I even renamed the clientreg etc) but it still won't work. Am I the only one with this problem?

I just logged on the steampage and it is in displayed portuguesse lol.

Tried deleting the clientregistry.blob ?

Well I renamed it so I could send a dumb file to support in case I have to contact them.
