After the end of a giveaway...

I would like to know two things:

I created a giveaway and after the end, i wait the winner add me in Steam (i won't send keys via e-mail). How much time i wait for the person to accept me? Less than one week? One week?
If the person pick the key and activate, but didn't mark feedback, how long i wait too?

You can't reroll keys(, nor activated giveaways).

Just add him and send him the CDKey and tell him to mark it as received, and screenshot it, if he doesn't do it, contact support.

Yeah, 7 days is the most you can wait. If it's longer than that contact support.

You should always add the winner, don't let them add you. Some people see this as rude and some winners probably will not add you.
You should wait 7 days and then contact support.
