I can't find Celebrat10n TrackMania2 Pack in "Create a giveaway" :( What can i do?

I can't believe that's actually the name of a pack on Steam. Random 1, 0, and 2 and not a puzzle?

10 years of trackmania, celebrating the new Trackmania 2.

And it's an actual pack, I almost bought it except I already had 2/3 games in it and wouldn't get extra copies.
