Lost contributor Level

So what you guys are saying is that unless you keep contributing with newer games, the likelihood is that eventually, if left long enough, your CV will decrease?
Seems unjust, but at the same time, I can understand that it adds to the continued activity, etc. on SG.

This CV is directly connected to prices on Steam, so there is nothing we can do about it. The most stable CV would be giving non-bundled (unless you like to make 7 times more giveaways) games that already dropped in default price (once or even better, twice). So roughly anything that is 2 or more years old and wasn't bundled yet.

no, but games don't get added to bundle the moment there's exploitable promo or bundle goes live. So for example if bundle started 5 days ago, even if games from it are not on bundle list yet because it wasn't updated yet any GA created during these 5 days will get it's CV retroactively reduced.

I use this tool. And everyday it says level 4. Now some stuff is bundled and i got degraded to level 3. Thats sad. Will they fix it or will i now be level 3 instead of level 4?

there is nothing to fix. You created your GAs when bundle was live already - bundle games are not added to bundle list 24/7 - so when they are added all GAs created since bundle went live get their CV retroactively reduced.

In short - it's not a bug that you are level 3. It was a bug that you were level 4 and now it's fixed :>

The Bundler missed adding some of the GameGuru DLCs in the Humble Gamemaking Bundle to the bundle list. They've now been added, so that's where your CV drop is coming from.

lol,my level was 2 about two days ago but yesterday my level back to 1 (1.97) and i've created another giveaway and today my level lost even more (1.95)
i don't know what to say :?
