Are you buying Humble Choice 69 (nice)?
I see that and counter you with an even worse monthly: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/4RfGS/humble-bundle-march-2025-humble-choice-64-racine-out-of-stock-in-eu

I agree about March (maybe not worst ever but bad), but this one is fair.

Is there a place to drop off ign plus codes: HUMBLECIZYZITI2CRG

I always love reading the comments here, it's so interesting to see how different the opinions about the bundles are.
For me it's an instant buy. I had "Persona 5 Royal" and "My Time at Sandrock" on my wishlist. "Lil Gator Game" looks cozy, and "Banishers" looks also great, I'm interested in how many decisions the game will give me and if they have consequences. Since months of pausing, a good Choice for me.

They usually include good games and price is still very good for what you get. However personal preferences come into play.

Man hope next month is better for me. Still have plenty to play in the meantime anyways.
I own P5 on PS5, Banishers is on PS+ so I'm just going to play it there, Tiny Terry looks fun but can get for less than a dollar on gray key site. The rest is junk I wouldn't care about.

Aksun Playtest added:
https://steamdb.info/sub/1366378
Must be redeemed by August 29th, 2025. Keys are issued first come, first served. Supply is limited and subject to availability. Playtest only available through Aug 29th.
Customers from China do not receive a key, but are able to redeem the one that everyone else receives.
Comment has been collapsed.
so the game will be gone from your library after aug 29th? from what i know, you can join the playtest for free from the steam page, so what does this even mean?
Comment has been collapsed.
It just means that not enough people were seeing/entering the playtest for the devs to get solid data for improving their game, so they asked Humble to help promote it.

anyone here get the discount? the price increase is crazy
Comment has been collapsed.
No, if they had i'm sure you would've seen 5 comments about it already lol

Same. But Humble doesn't seem to give those out much anymore. They're getting greedier. Who knew that was even possible.
Comment has been collapsed.
7 years ago it was made public that the greedy have acquired Humble.. with these quotes attached to the news:
a press release confirming the deal also noted that Humble will continue to operate independently in the wake of the acquisition, with no significant business or staffing changes. It will have some degree of support from IGN (which is itself owned by digital media giant J2 Global), specifically in terms of accelerating growth and raising more money for charity.
and
"If it's not broken, don't fix it," said Galbraith, who explained that IGN started looking to make a deal like this nearly a year ago. "The idea is just to feed them with the resources they need to keep doing what they're doing."
aaaaand
"We want to stick to the fundamentals in the short term. We don't want to disrupt anything we're doing right already," added Graham.
I just love how everyone knew immedietely thet IGN us full of shit with this announcment and not so much later big changes and downwards spiral started happening. Just some typical corporate speak...
Comment has been collapsed.
just like their "reviews" and "journalism", their press releases are equally filled to the brim with lies........
Comment has been collapsed.
What were the big changes and when did the downward spiral take place?
Comment has been collapsed.
I don't know if they were "big changes" as they were pretty much aligned with IGN's whole philosophy but I'm guessing the retroactive key expiration and the price increase are what's been referred to here. You can add the frequent out of stock issues but that's not a change so much as them not caring

And to add what Fluffster said - general decline of bundles and offers. Whether it was just reluctant publishers not wanting to put their games into bundles that much, or IGN setting up their operations, we very soon lost 1$ tier bundles, free game offers, good non-rebundled headliners. Sure - I am not saying that they must give us these things, but before IGN Takeover humble itself were able to upkeep good running record which slowly declined when IGN took over.
And then theres the choice. At first if you remember you had only several headliners and other games were not known, so it was a bit of a gamble and I personally liked the mistery and surprise factor. It was not some low quality bait mystery bundles fanatical has now (some bundles even had full value CV). After IGN they dithced the format after running with it for some time, then gave us the choice where you could choose the games you want - which was IMO a good alternative, but then they started reducing game list and it ended up being a regular bundle. It seemed they had no idea how to handle it so they ran with it for quite some time. Then they started messing wiith pricing, left classic subs hanging in the air, started reducing the list of games.. eventually switching to the regular monthly we have now. I dont want to be all negative and say they suck, as obviously there are always some people who dont have and want the games offered - but for me personally, I used to buy almost every single monthly/choice bundle several years ago. Maybe some of them I bought only after getting the discount, but now I dont even care for discount.
All in all, they became less people oriented and more like a corporation and the enthusiasm was gone. Also take in consideration all the messing around with banning people who use gift links (rightly so traders, but they kept flagging people who do not trade and outright ignored them).
And for the downward spilar - the prices, key experations, bad communication, a lot of mistakes in emails and pricing... the list keeps coming and coming. I mean I am not acting like I did not expect that - I just find the "corporate talk" fascinating... They have had some good bundles lately though, so I am happy about that. But in general over the years I think many share the sentiment that the quality has gone downhill. And of course it can be debated how much of that is IGNs fault and how much its the market moving forward, but my main point is about how it was total bullshit that IGN will leave humble to work independantly and just help them with resources.
I worked at a failing company which got a strategic investors and CEO kept on saying "things wont change, we can work independantly"... And I had a collegue who then asked "what do they think we are? a circus that they can pay and just watch us do whatever?"... and of course almost everyone was eventually fired and company image eradicated to be incorporated into the parent company just for the resources and office. This is 1:1 what unfortunately happened to humble...

I think they only give coupons when the sales are less than expected and they have a lot of keys left over at the end of the month (like supermarkets giving a discount on products close to the expiration date)
with the lineup being like this, thats honestly very unlikely to be the case (the historical low of persona 5 alone is twice the price of the bundle)
Comment has been collapsed.
they sent me 8 emails to sell the bundle to me for full price over the course of this month. told them to fuck off for that price each time

+1
I also got Persona 5 Royal on PS4 for cheap earlier this month so the only reason I'd be interested in this bundle is gone. The fact they insist on their absurd pricing scheme is weird to say the least. As a collector, I'm patient, I'm not gonna pay more no matter how many times they insist on sending the same full price offer over again.

whats the number for?
They thanked the Humble community for raising over $6.5 million for charity through their Conquer COVID-19 Bundle.
What's even better is these are their own posted images.

That's a pretty significant amount.
And yet they've become quite greedy and stingy lately, all things considered.
Comment has been collapsed.
How so?
Not giving whiny people coupons on stuff that is already significantly discounted? Or was it something else altogether?
Comment has been collapsed.
I'm unsure if you're joking or being serious. Sometimes it's hard to tell. Humble is merely a shell of what it used to be. The nice concept shifted towards a money grab entity. There's no need to reiterate all their shenanigans. Plus, they raised over $270 mil so far, so they're far more profitable than many give them credit for.
Also, it natural for some to be vocal and complain when they have to pay double the price plus taxes for the same or even a lesser quality of games. The perceived value is subjective and there's nothing wrong with that.

It's the same for NA. Wouldn't surprise me if 6-month expiry becomes the norm at some point :/

But I've always read that many people sometimes receive $4 coupons in the mail, which is why I was asking if I have to check some of these boxes and which?:
