Preferably indie games since usually they have lower system requirements. Already thinking of picking up Brawlhalla, Risk of Rain, and Castle Crashers.

Castle Crashers, Dollar Dash, Gary's Mod, Don't Starve is adding Co-Op soon, Portal 1 or 2, Left 4 Dead 1 or 2.

None of them are intensely demanding, I'm pretty sure that you don't even need a dedicated graphics card or more than 4 Gigs of ram to run

Getting/Played most of them. Dollar Dash seems to have mostly negative reviews and no players

Dollar Dash is dead however I rarely use online multiplayer with strangers- I usually set things up in advance with the 3 friends I play with, so the fact that it's dead doesn't effect me.

Monaco

Dungeons and Dragons Chronicles of Mystara

Risk of Rain

Hammerwatch

Battleblock Theatre

Mercenary Kings

Metal Slug 3

Speaking from experience, I have a friend who has a low end pc so most of the time we play one of these games

edit: Wanderlust: Rebirth, Startopia, 100% Orange juice

Guns of Icarus Online is great to play if you have friends or if you join a clan. It's also still very active with a dedicated community.
