I think that if the person who is receiving the gift has a steam store price that is 20% more expensive than your store price, you can't gift the game. Or some similar shit, not very sure about the %.

Hmm Uruguay just got its own currency on Steam added not that long ago. 5€ says someone at Valve forgot to update that text.

Edit: looking a bit more into it. I am assuming the GA is the one for The Orange Box. Steamdb shows that the price difference is more than 10%, so yea you have to find a key somewhere else or try to get a reroll.

Você só pode enviar jogos direto pelo steam se a diferença de preço entre um país e outro for menor que 10%. No caso do jogo que você queria sortear o custo dele no Brasil é de $1.08 e no Uruguai ele custa $1.43. A diferença é maior que 10%, então não tem como você enviar. Só se comprasse uma key em algum site. Pelo jeito você vai ter que dar varios rerolls até achar um BR.

Quando comprar pelo steam, como gift, recomendo colocar só para o Brasil ou checar antes no steamdb quais países da região vc pode incluir. :)
