man won the css+gm. I sent a gift to the specified on site email. He contacted me through the steam from a different account, and claims that he banned account, and requests to send a gift to this, what to do in this situation? whether to send a gift to another account not listed on the site?

What tragikos said. Def. a fake. But just in case, check their name changing history on their Steam profile.
If there's too many changes in various forms, forget about him and just send to the address on site.
