Question about PS3 playing with PS1 Games Original

I know with PS3 you can play the games from PS1 (originals) but if i have for example PS3 France, PS3 Italian or other countries, i can play with games version English?

Pal version for PS1 games. Unless it digital, those you can get from any PSN store, so you could buy the US version that way
pal has a few language choices including english.
