if you don't have his name or steam id it's almost impossible to find him.

I went on account history and found out I bought it on 21 Jan then went to trade history and worked it out from there. I found him now thank :)

So you just need to find his correct Steam64 ID. Easiest way is by using Enhanced Steam though.

if you have trades him before you can view your trade history on Steam .. Item Inventory » Inventory History...
also goto Gift Win on your SG profile and it will link you to the game also The user :)

I believe the admiral is referring to you including the users name in your post. Even if it is no longer valid, he seems concerned that it might be considered a violation of Steam gifts rules to post it.
