Gameminer's support is indeed in beta.

I had a long fight with the mod of GameMiner English forum. They don't allow you to ask small questions or any questions on the forum and he even replies to the questions by telling them to contact support because it is there for that reason and locks the thread.
I contacted support regarding a question and it took them 2 days to answer one ticket and no response to the other ticket(I think a month already passed).
I think that their priorities are a joke, if you don't allow questions on the forum then you make it useless and should just remove it overall(I say that as someone 2 years mod experience in gaming company's forum).

My second win there got me a non-working key. Fortunately for me, the GA creator is nice enough to give me a key to another game (Titan Quest!) after I contacted and told him about it.

I didn't have a problem with support.
A while ago when the new tickets were introduced, I made a ticket regarding the giveaways that I won while their steam accounts were blocked.
They gave me gold for 2 giveaways, like 500 or something if I remember.

Also, I do not think they will ban someone for creating a fake giveaway. Do they ban them on this website? I don't think so, at least not for 1 or few fakes...

If you win a giveaway and it is fake, you mark it as invalid/fake/not received/etc and you go on with your life, simple as that

that's the deal with keys anyway. You say it's wrong, creator says otherwise. How can support guy know, who's saying the truth?

It's not a huge deal. Just mark it as "not received" or whatever it's called on that site and move on with your life.

It's not like support can give you the game; does it really matter if the other guy gets a 3 day suspension?

Never had any problems with GM support. They answered me friendly and fast...i only got one invalid key once, i marked as not received and moved on...its the second best site for getting free games. :)

ähm, what are you expecting that the support should do? and what do you think would the steamgifts-spport here do if you win here a giveaway but don´t get the game?

the only thing the support can do, here as well as there, is to ban the user if something like this happens multiple times.

Support gave finally did something, they gave a warning to the creator and marked the gift as unrecieved.

Not sure what you people cry about thinking that I tought the support would give something in compensation. I just hateit when someone breaks the rules and get free off.
