Mine is the same, bottom number is 1 higher than top number... we need an investigation!

When the giveaway creator didn't send Bad Rats, the winners should be happy that they avoided getting that awful game.
However, Tzaar kept entering and won another Bad Rats giveaway - this time being less lucky, because the winner actually sent the game.

AFAIK, only wins marked as Received count for the top number, while all of them count for the bottom number. Did he have any multiple copy giveaways that he marked as not received, while other people marked them as received (so they show up as green in your screenshot)?
My top number is 31, while my bottom number is 33 because I have two not received wins.

One of the 7 was a mass giveaway. Even if the user marked it "not received" it will show up in the list and you will only see the first 3 users that marked "received".

I cannot see one of the multi-winner giveaway because of region restrictions. All other 6 he marked as received.
I don't think pending affects the bottom list though, since he has a pending from one of my giveaway, and I don't see it in his list.

So, when judging how many game someone won, we should use the number on the top of the profile, not the bottom list?

actually the guy in the screenshot won one of my giveaways that he hasn't mark "received", but that giveaway didn't show up in neither the count nor the list below. So games waiting to be sent doesn't affect it I believe.
Can't say the same about games marked as not received though.

My numbers are off by two, but in my case it has nothing to do with not being marked as received.
It's because "Giveaways" is different than "Gifts Sent".
In my case, I had a giveaway with 3 copies... there's my difference of two.

Turns out, GA not received doesn't count on the top number, hence the number mismatch.
