I've eaten all kinds of different Quattro Formaggi, including ones with goat or sheep cheese ;) Some are better, some are worse, but I generally love this type of pizza ;)
I think my all time favoritue mix (one that I also often make at home, I love making homemade pizza, even bought myself pizza stone ;p) is Mozarella + Gorgonzola + Gruyere + Grana Padano + Sundried tomatoes (so not really most classic QF, but it's absolutelly awesome <3)

PIZZA HACK!
When you order a pizza, do the math with the size to price ratio so you know if you're getting the best bang for your buck. By doubling the radius of your pizza, you are quadrupling the amount of pizza that you get. This means that it is usually always best to get the larger pizza if you are looking for the most bang for your buck. This site will help you out with your pizza math.
