A private message function?

What if SG had a PM function? Then we could contact winners directly on this site if we can't get hold of them on steam! Good idea? Bad idea?

If one were to be implemented, it would need a few features. Like, Being able to block anyone from Messaging you, and a delay inbetween the time someone can send a message (Unless the Message is Replied to, in which the delay is removed until they message again).
