Can you trust Green Man Gaming?

Yup, bought a boatload of games from them without any issue. Either they received a wrong batch of keys or their system had a glitch giving the same key twice. Contact their support an they will be able to get this fixed for you.

bought Borderlands 2 + season pass. no problem, got working keys and delivered instantly.

Never used it before, but they seem to have great deals pretty often so I hope they're reliable

I purchased from them without an issue just the other week. I have heard of glitched keys before but you'll have to contact their customer support for help. don't think it's a scam, just an error with the code retrieval.

I can trust them on the same level if not higher than Steam. They are just that good.

I bought total war grandmaster collection, borderlands 2, and a few other games from them. I believe they can be trusted :p

I've bought from GMG many times. They have fantastic support. They're quick to reply, usually within a couple hours, and don't appear to abuse the use of automated messages to the point that you'd want to pull out your hair (unlike another major digital retailer I can think of which takes several days to reply and always uses robo-replies. cough steamsupport cough).

Give GMG's support a try. :)

I have bought 3 games from there - men of war,quantum conundrum and Just Cause 2 only had a few hours delay on the quantum conundrum key which was because they ran out of keys for it at some point because it was on sale and people were buying it like crazy,this was my only problem I ever had with GMG,oh and sometimes it does not accept my visa card because of no reason :? idk why...I have to put my card details a few times till it finally accepts it -.-

I bought many times from there and I didnt had any problems, maybe it was just an error, contact support ^^

I only had one issue with GMG. I bought CoH key, but it was invaild. After that I contacted support and I got refund. Great site.

I bought 20 games and dlc's from there, non were duplicated or anything like that. Contact the support.

Support wise: GMG is terrible. You need luck to get a good support member, that's my experience anyway. 2 times terrible support, once great.

I guess contacting them and asking for support on this matter was more of a hassle than accusing them of fraud and venting here at this forum?

GMG is a really good site, this shit sometimes happen; try to contact the support, they will probably send you another key

The only bad thing about GMG is their servers. Their definitely legit, though. I've bought a few things through them.

The only problem I ever had with them was a region restricted key for SACRED CITADEL =) Many user had this problem cause something went wrong with the keys...after about 1 day they send me another working key...

Bought from them 10+ times. All been fine. Just contact support and they will help you, they're fairly quick too if I remember correctly. They're a reseller so may not be anything wrong on their end, it'll get sorted.
