edit: you created the topic 18 minutes ago but on steam you have played the game still 2.5 hours. so you might should know: after you activated a game, the game is linked to your account and cant given away anymore

Well, if you activated the copy you won to your account, but you have another copy of the game from somewhere else (it came in a bundle, was cheap on Steam, you traded for it etc) then you are allowed to give this other copy away, yes.
Not the one you won though, but this has been pointed out already ;)

Just try the game. It is a typical tablet hero team clicker. Those can be entertaining in short little bursts. ANd the Steam version is not bogged down by in-app purchases either.
